This two-story villa exemplifies modern minimalism with a bold geometric composition. Defined by asymmetrical mono-pitched roofs and a clean white stucco façade, the design emphasizes formal clarity and spatial rhythm. Vertical timber slats introduce warmth and contrast, while full-height glazing enhances transparency and indoor-outdoor connectivity.
The ground floor opens onto a linear pool and timber deck, creating a seamless extension of the living space. Upper-level balconies with minimalist metal railings maintain openness while framing views of the surrounding landscape.
Rooted in simplicity, light, and material honesty, the villa merges sculptural form with functional elegance.

This space features an open-plan layout with seamless kitchen–living integration. Natural materials, wood cabinetry, stone flooring, and soft textiles, create a warm, tactile environment. Linear recessed lighting and sculptural pendants articulate the ceiling, while full-height glazing enhances spatial flow and daylighting. A slender steel balustrade contrasts the soft material palette with a sharp, graphic contrast.
