The initial idea of the “Three in One House” was gathering spaces around a center, a place that brings together family members, and the existence of natural elements not only brings the outside into the house but also helps to improve the quality of the space. In addition, you can observe the connection between the Earth and the sky in this part.

The house features a minimalist cubic form with clean lines and a symmetrical façade. The structure appears as two solid blocks flanking a recessed central area, emphasizing a unified central space.

This architectural project embodies the essence of modern minimalism with a sculptural volumetry defined by pure geometries and monolithic materiality. The house is conceived as a serene retreat, seamlessly integrated with nature through the strategic use of a central courtyard that anchors the spatial composition and orchestrates the internal experience.

On the ground floor, the public functions are laid out around the courtyard: a double-volume dining area, open-concept kitchen, and TV room establish a strong connection between indoor and outdoor realms. The presence of water features near the courtyard edge enhances the sensory experience through reflection and sound.

The plan revolves around a double-height central void, bringing daylight deep into the core of the residence while visually connecting both levels. The courtyard acts as an ever-changing natural centerpiece—an inward-looking space that balances openness and privacy. The spatial hierarchy is defined through careful zoning: private, semi-private, and service areas are articulated with clarity and flow.

The upper-level hosts private zones, including the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and library, all visually connected to the void below, creating layered perspectives and subtle transparency between spaces.
